It is my belief that nutrition is the foundation of health and that eating clean doesn’t need to be a sacrifice. I realize there is an insatiable demand for convenient, healthy food and I strive to make great tasting meals that fit into any lifestyle. Whether you are looking for a quick and delicious meal, need some advice on how to hit a goal, or just want support on your journey to improve your health, I am here to support you. My philosophy is simple – cook meals using fresh, simple and flavorful ingredients that leave you energized and satisfied.
Meals are macro portioned according to a 1500 calorie diet. They consist of 4-6 oz. lean protein, 2-3 oz. whole grain and 3-4 oz. organic vegetable. We are Non-GMO, organic, and only use products that are all natural and considered "clean". Because our meals are real food, using whole, clean ingredients we can easily modify the meals to suit your eating needs. We offer modifications for Paleo, Gluten-Free, Whole 31, 21 Fix, Weight Watchers and many other "diet" lifestyles.
Each week a new 5 day menu is posted with breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Meals are purchased by the week and you specify between the lunch menu, dinner menu or both. If there is a meal on the menu you do not want you are welcome to substitute the meal for another meal on the menu for the week.
Meals are macro portioned based on a 1500 calorie diet. Breakfast are approximately 160 calories, lunches 350 calories and dinners are between 400-500 calories. Macros are listed on the containers.
Orders are accepted until Friday at 9:00 a.m. of each week. We do prepare extra meals each week, however we can not guarantee your order and special request after 9 am. If we can not fill your order you will be contacted no later than Monday A.M. and your order will roll over to the following week.
